Let's be honest: you were probably curious about Sackboy: A Big Adventure when it launched alongside the PlayStation 5, but not enough to make you buy it over Demon's Souls or Miles Morales. Luckily, you don't have to pay to try it out anymore. Sony is making Sackboy (also available on PS4) free to all PlayStation Plus members from April 4th to May 1st.

Sackboy is a distinctly different take on the main franchise. Where Little Big Planet is a streamlined 3D side-scroller that revolves more around interaction with the environment and creativity, this game is a 3D platformer that revolves around the acrobatics of its eponymous hero . Not only do all of these games share a unique cooperative mechanic, but they also allow up to four players to tackle levels together. With some sections requiring teamwork to progress, this could be the perfect game for parents and kids !

You have other options if Sackboy isn't your thing. The new build-and-raid game Meet Your Maker is also free on PS Plus this April, as is Tails of Iron. Both freebies are available for PS4 and PS5.
If you've purchased a PS Plus Extra or Premium membership, the latest titles like Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection and Tchia will ensure your investment is well worth it. However, if you're looking for even more value with minimal effort, this new offer guarantees an extra high-profile to add to your library!
