Apple lists three possible reasons why your iPhone 11 might not be eligible for the replacement program. The most obvious is that your device's serial number doesn't fall within the "affected serial number range." Another reason could be that the phone has already been repaired under the program. Finally, your iPhone 11 may have lost eligibility for the free replacement program. Apple says that affected devices are only eligible for free screen replacement for two years from the date of purchase.
