OTE Group has undertaken, through an international open tender, the IT support service project for the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (Cedefop) and the European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA). Specially trained teams from OTE Group will provide first level IT support services, in English, in the fields of Helpdesk, Telecom and Audio Visual to Cedefop employees in Brussels and Thessaloniki and to ENISA employees in Athens.
