Eurobank in the new digital era with COSMOTE as a partner
- Innovative Video Banking service, first time in Greece and Europe
Eurobank is the first to offer its business customers the innovative v - Banking service , an advanced form of video conferencing , taking a major step in digital transformation, through specialized COSMOTE technology solutions . The project includes the installation of a Cisco platform for remote collaboration with the Bank's specialized consultants (remote expert collaboration), the design and implementation of innovative applications with secure and confidential communication, as well as technical support for the next 5 years.
The innovative v–Banking, unique at a European level, modernizes banking transactions, giving priority to the entrepreneur and the business. Eurobank customers now have the opportunity to receive personalized service in a secure digital environment, from specialized advisors, via high-definition video call, without having to visit a branch of the Bank. Thus, the needs of the business are covered, while operating costs and the time for performing daily tasks are reduced. Through the electronic banking platform, the following are provided: immediate service without waiting, exchange and processing of documents in real time, interactive calendar for scheduling meetings, advisory services and support, browsing and interactive presentations of financial banking products and personalized communication via chat and e-mail.
With the innovative v-Banking service, a full cycle of digital upgrade is inaugurated, as in the coming period Eurobank will adopt new innovative electronic services with the aim of providing a high level of service to its customers.
