According to an announcement by Cloudflare, today, July 26, network performance was observed in Greece, and more specifically in Athens.
Cloudflare has identified a problem with an Internet Exchange (IX) in Athens and has disabled its use until the issue is resolved.
In order to resolve the issue more immediately, the company removed traffic from the Internet Exchange (IX), resulting in an improvement and after completing some tests, its final elimination was announced.

The network outage began on July 24 and was initially a global phenomenon, affecting certain Cloudflare IPs, including those in Greece.
This specific issue is likely related to a connection failure observed on the network Cosmote. According to posts from social media users, especially on Twitter, there is a serious delay on the Cosmote network.
The issue remains ongoing. Stay tuned for updates.
