Google has been discreet with the release of the new tablet-oriented YouTube Music UI for Android phones. While we wait for its arrival, it appears that the company has made some adjustments to the shape and general appearance of some of the app 's buttons . The first of these changes sees the current rectangular shuffle button transformed into a rectangular button with rounded corners, which appears in both playlist and album views.

Additionally, the top of the Home feed, which includes mood filters like Workout, Energize, Relax, etc., is now in rectangular boxes with rounded corners instead of the usual pill format. To reduce these inclusions, the “More” button next to playlists like Listen again, Mixed for you, and so on, is now in its own pill-shaped button, instead of being in a separate block of text.
