German RV (recreational vehicle) manufacturer Volkner Mobilrecently unveiled its new creation, the Performance S: a $2.4 million ultra-luxury motorhome with a built-in garage that can fit a $3 million Bugatti Chiron.

Luxury RV manufacturers like Volkner showcase their incredibly luxurious caravans at a trade show called the Düsseldorf Caravan Salon , which seems to put more emphasis on price and image. At this year's show, Volkner unveiled the impressive 12-meter Performance S motorhome, which promises to offer a dreamy and luxurious vacation.
The most distinctive feature of the Performance S is the built-in garage located in the bottom, which can accommodate jet skis, motorcycles, and even a car. It's a feature the company introduced years ago and makes it easier to get around with a separate vehicle. For the new Performance S, however, Volkner made sure that the garage is large enough to fit a 430-horsepower Bugatti Chiron. With a Bugatti Chiron, the price of the motorhome reaches $7.7 million. The base price of the Performance S, without optional upgrades, is $2.4 million.

The built-in garage for the Bugatti Chiron isn't the only feature that makes the motorhome special. Inside, travelers will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, master suite, bathroom, plenty of storage, leather and wood trim, and recessed lighting. There are also solar panels on the roof, a generator, and a state-of-the-art sound system. When parked, the Performance S draws power from a battery that can be recharged using the 2,000-watt solar system on the roof. Other optional upgrades include an espresso machine, wine storage, and even a dedicated office area for someone to work.

Surely, it is hard to imagine that someone would waste so much money on a self-driving motorhome, at a time when they could go to an ultra-luxurious hotel for their vacation, but clearly there are people who prefer them, since Volkner continuously releases new models.
