Microsoft services, including Teams and Office 365, are experiencing operational issues, the company announced.

"We are investigating a Microsoft Teams issue affecting Europe and Asia," a tweet from an official Microsoft account said.
“We have confirmed that this issue is affecting users globally. We are reviewing telemetry monitoring and recent changes to isolate the source of the issue.”
Users on social media are reporting problems with the desktop application, both on Windows 10 and MacOS, as well as the browser version of the video-conferencing tool.

According to DownDetector, the issues began at around 10:30 a.m. GMT, with users reporting connection problems
The problem, however, does not appear to have affected other Microsoft services, such as the Azure cloud computing platform or the Xbox Live gaming service.

The giant's services were also down earlier this month. On April 2, the Azure Portal and Azure services experienced issues that took down all of its products – including its gaming platforms, Skype , and OneDrive.
