Microsoft has released Windows 10 1909 Monthly Cumulative Update KB4580386 with improvements and quality fixes to Microsoft Xbox Game Pass, USB printer, and flickering screen issues.
Once KB4580386 is installed on a device running Windows 10, version 1909, the operating system will be updated to 18363.18363.1171.

This cumulative update addresses an issue that prevents Microsoft Xbox Game Pass users from playing some games they were able to play and fixes a reliability issue that causes the screen to flicker repeatedly.
As BleepingComputer reported yesterday, the display issues were observed by users after installing cumulative update KB4579311 released on October 13, 2020.
KB4580386 also fixes a known issue that causes USB printer ports to disappear after a system restart if the printer device is disabled.
Microsoft is also introducing Meet Now to the taskbar with the KB4580386 preview update, making it “easy to connect with anyone with just two clicks.”
“In the coming weeks, you’ll be able to easily set up a video call and reach friends and family in an instant by clicking the ‘Meet Now’ icon in the notification area of your taskbar ,” Microsoft added. “No registration or download required .”
Last but not least, Microsoft says that customers who install security update KB4580386 may experience issues upgrading to the latest versions of Windows 10 if HTTP Internet access for LOCAL SYSTEM accounts is blocked using a firewall.
