Your mobile provider will be tracking you forever: Want to know if your iPhone is tracking you? Follow the steps below on your mobile and find out for yourself.
Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services > Significant Locations

iPhone has the ability to detect location using a variety of technologies and tricks. It can also share location data with apps you have installed. Therefore, we recommend that you regularly review which apps you have installed that have access to your location data and under what circumstances they access it.
iOS now lets you specify under what circumstances an app can use your location data .
How can you control access to data applications?
Turn on the settings and go to Privacy > Location Services.
If you have Location Services enabled, you'll get a list of apps that are using your location data – any surprise? – and you can click on the apps to change their settings.
Choose from:
- Everything
- When using the application
- Ask next time
- When
Note that not all apps will offer all options.

The app will also give you a brief explanation about why it is requesting your location data.
How do you stop your iPhone – or any smartphone– from tracking your location?
Since smartphones use multiple ways to know where you are – GPS, Wi-Fi, mobile networks – the only way to be 100% sure that your location isn't being tracked is to turn off your smartphone.
Since you will tell us about this solution and, surely, you have already thought about it and it is not feasible, you can disable Location Services (Settings > Privacy > Location Services).
It should be noted, of course, that your device still leaves a digital trail that will be recorded at least by your mobile service provider.
So, will your provider never stop tracking you?
