Fonts are not displayed properly in Settings and third-party applications like Foobar2000.

To fix the font issue, download the latest version of the graphics card driver for your computer and install it. If you already have the latest driver, you will need to reinstall it. It seems that updating the driver changes the font cache and updates the font switching settings. This will return everything to normal.
We don't currently know when the next stable version of Windows will be released. If you're already using Windows 10 October 2018 Update and are experiencing issues, it's a good idea to roll back to a previous, more stable version, at least until all issues are fixed.
