The Windows 10 April 2018 Update is just around the corner, and many of you can't wait another minute.
And while your patience is running out, Microsoft has decided to delay the release of the update due to a bug that increases the likelihood of BSODs.
What new does the new update bring and, in the end, is it worth waiting so long?
While there are features like Timeline , which are a useful addition to Windows 10's arsenal of features, on the other hand we come across many small improvements that do not play a significant role in the operating system.
Microsoft is choosing to delay its new update a little longer to offer the public the best possible result, so everything that is happening is happening for our benefit. Also, let's not forget that, as with most updates, not all systems receive the update at the same time, so most of us would experience a slight delay anyway.
Although many of you won't be particularly excited about this news, consider that the longer you wait, the smoother the update will complete.
If, on the other hand, you're a big fan of testing new operating system updates, you should participate in the Windows Insider program, because that's exactly what it's for.
As for Microsoft's next steps for Windows 10, Redstone 5 is the next major release, expected to happen in fall 2018. Microsoft has already begun development of this update.
