Continuum – Bring Android and iOS apps to Windows 10
Microsoft appears ready to provide the necessary tools that will make it easier for developers to port apps they have developed for the iPhone and iPad and/or Android smartphones and tablets to Windows 10. The company that develops the operating system for most PCs and Windows Phones gave detailed instructions to thousands of developers during its annual Build 2015 conference.
The so-called port of apps to take the form of so-called Windows universal apps will serve a series of application development kits (SDKs), in which Microsoft replaces Google's APIs with its own. Android developers will be able to leverage their knowledge of Java and C++, and iOS developers will be able to leverage their knowledge of object-oriented C (Objective C).
Microsoft's software engineers are making similar moves for website and Windows desktop app creators, so that they can acquire the character of a Windows universal app and enrich their own Store.

Microsoft's goal is to have Windows 10 running on a billion devices within two to three years, said Terry Myerson, the head of the Operating Systems department at the company.
On the first day of Build 2015, Microsoft also showed off its new Windows browser, Microsoft Edge, which allows for note-taking and sharing, as well as support for Windows' "digital assistant" Cortana. Microsoft also mentioned Continuum, which it described as "the ability for a user to use their smartphone as a PC.".

However, at the time of writing, both locations are unavailable, likely due to repeated connection requests, since the news about facilitating the transfer of apps from the two platforms to Windows is of great interest.
