Hackers have found evidence suggesting that Alexander Lukashenko, the self-proclaimed president of Belarus, may not have taken the COVID-19 PCR test before his meeting with Vladimir Putin.

Hackers, calling themselves United Resistance Headquarters, leaked more than 70 files from the medical center for managing Alexander Lukashenko's affairs, according to the Russian media outlet Meduza, based in Latvia.
Mirror, a Belarusian news agency, reported that Alexander and his son Nikolai were receiving their COVID-19 PCR test results electronically to make their trips .
According to the Belarusian news agency, all documents were confirmed as genuine with a QR code that linked each file to the website of Lukashenko’s medical case management center. The certificates provided evidence of tests from April 2021 to December 2022.

The report revealed the certificates that Alexander and Nikolai received shortly before the meetings with Putin.
Pravda reported that the certificates had multiple irregularities. In particular, Lukashenko's examination documents revealed two different passport numbers, while Nikolai's had three!
Furthermore, both usually received their certificates on the same day and time, which raised suspicions that the exams had been rigged, while maintaining consistency in the issuance of the documents.
