Apple continues to test the latest software version iOS 16.2 (beta 3) by making it available to developer beta testers , along with updates for other operating systems such as watchOS 9.2, tvOS 16.2, and macOS Ventura 13.1 .

What's new in iOS 16.2?
If you're a beta user, you can update iPhone or iPad to iOS 16.2 beta 3 by going to Settings, selecting General , then Software Update. The build number is 20C5049e.

The latest versions of iOS and iPadOS – 16.2 – bring a few new features to users. The Home app has received some upgrades, as has the Weather app, while the Freeform collaboration app is now available on all devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac).
