How to disable the Night Mode in the camera on the iPhone
Apple is making Night Mode available on iPhone 11 and later. Also, the iPhone must be running iOS 14 or later.
First, launch the “Camera” app on your iPhone.

Tap the «Night Mode» in the top left corner.

The slider for controlling the «Night Mode» will appear above the capture button. You can turn the slider to the left to disable the «Night Mode».

You can save this action permanently, so that Night mode does not activate each time you open the camera. To do this, open the “Settings” app on your iPhone.

Scroll down and select “Camera”.

Select “Preserve Settings”.

Turn on the switch for “Night Mode”.
