How to upload 3D photos to Facebook from Android, iPhone or PC? In October 2018, Facebook introduced a service for 3D photos, which was limited only to devices with dual or triple cameras. Before, the tool relied mainly on the depth provided by the dual/triple camera. However, the latest technology for creating 3D photos relies on machine learning to turn a regular photo into 3D. Facebook says that users can now also use the front camera to take 3D selfies.
