Microsoft has released some new cumulative updates for Windows 10 in builds 1803, 1709, 1703, 1607 and Windows Server 2016.
The updates KB4346783, KB4343893, KB4343889 and KB4343884 are not security updates but fix some issues in Windows 10.
Microsoft states that the above updates are available through Windows Update and also through the Microsoft Update catalog. However, they are not currently visible in Windows Update, at least locally.

Because the past has shown many times that immediate system updates can present problems, it would be a good idea to wait a while before installing the above updates.
