Gmail gets a new menu that helps you organize your inbox

Every second counts when you live your life online. In a new update to Gmail, Google is rolling out a new right-click menu that will help you reply to and manage emails faster than ever.

When you right-click on an email in your main inbox, you'll see a wider selection of options. Without opening an email, you can choose to reply, reply all, or forward.

Perhaps the most useful feature hidden in the new menu is the “find emails” option by sender. When you select this option, you can see all of the sender’s emails in one place.

For those who want to organize their messages without opening them, you will be able to add labels or move emails in the menu on the right.

Or if you know a message is important and deserves a thoughtful response – but you can’t do it right now. If you choose to “snooze,” the email will go to the top of your inbox whenever you can check it again, tomorrow or a week later.

If you're a G Suite, you'll be the first to get access to the new Gmail features. To get immediate access to the new menu, you'll need to have selected "rapid release" in your upgrade options. Starting February 22, the menu will appear as a scheduled release for G Suite users.

There are plenty of hacks to make your Gmail experience easier and more secure. You can navigate your security features to block third-party apps from accessing your mail, retract emails you sent by mistake or didn't mean to send, and add multiple clocks to your calendar to see what time it is around the world.
