KB4135051: Windows 10 April 2018 Update is now available to Insiders, and will be officially available to the general public for manual download starting next Monday. Microsoft is expected to release a cumulative update that includes last-minute bug fixes and improvements that have been collected over the past two weeks as part of the Insider program.
In fact, to make sure that this time there will be no delays, Microsoft has released cumulative update KB4135051 to Windows Insiders.
The strange thing is that Microsoft hasn't announced exactly what the new update includes, it has sent the update to Insiders in the Fast, Slow, and Release Preview rings. This means that those who are already on the RTM build for the Windows 10 April Update will receive this specific update.
Insiders can download the update from Windows Update, just like a standard release or any other patch for Windows 10.
Since there is no list of new changes that the update brings, the only difference that can be seen is in the build. To check the operating system version, you need to press the Win + R key and type winver.
For information, the first Patch Tuesday of the Windows 10 April Update will be released on May 8.
Finally, the Windows 10 2018 update comes with many new features such as Timeline, Focus Assist, Microsoft Edge updates, Near Share as well as many minor changes that improve the user experience.
