Microsoft . Office 2019 will include the standard Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications, alongside server versions of Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business.
With the release of Office 2019, Microsoft is targeting businesses that don’t use Office 365, and the productivity suite will only run on Windows 10. A separate version of Office 2019 for Mac will also be available for macOS. “The updates include new and improved features across all apps, such as roaming pencil case, pressure sensitivity, tilt effects, and ink replay. It will also provide more powerful data analysis in Excel, such as formulas, charts, and Power BI integration, as well as advanced presentation features in PowerPoint, such as Morph and Zoom,” explains Microsoft’s Jared Spataro.
Microsoft plans to release Office 2019 later this year, and most users will be business customers who haven't subscribed to Office 365. Businesses can sign up to try Office 2019 here.
