Nvidia recently released a new, cheaper graphics card designed for gamers, the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti, which can soon be yours for $449 in the US .
Featuring Nvidia Pascal, the world's most advanced GPU architecture, the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti delivers three times the performance of previous-generation Nvidia graphics cards, all the latest gaming technologies, and immersive next-generation VR.
With the new GeForce GTX 1070 Ti graphics card, Nvidia promises an extra level of performance for some of today's most popular gaming titles, such as Witcher 3, Deus Ex, and Tomb Raider. Compared to the GeForce GTX 1070, the new GPU comes with 2432 cores instead of 1920, but the rest of the specifications remain the same.
The actual clock speed of the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti is 1683MHz with a 1.4x boost, and the GPU comes with 8GB of GDDR5 memory and a memory speed of 8Gbps, which is the same as that of the cheaper and less efficient GeForce GTX 1070. Thanks to the NVIDIA SLI bridge, the transfer bandwidth of the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti is doubled.
If you're not willing to spend more than $50 on the powerful and acclaimed GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card, Nvidia still has a guru-friendly GPU for you. You can pre-order the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Founders Edition from Nvidia, and the graphics card will be available worldwide starting in November 2017.
