Microsoft has just released download links for the Surface Pro 4 Cumulative Firmware and Driver Update packages , which offer changes that meet EU requirements and improve the performance and power of the device.
The upgrade generally offers system stability, better Wi-Fi performance, better video performance, as well as enabling the Power Slider for longer battery life and brightness adjustment.
If you plan to install the new update, you should know that the process can be completed either automatically through Microsoft's Windows Update service or manually, by downloading and installing the package.
Although the first method is easier, be aware that not all Surface users will receive the update at the same time, but it will be done gradually. In other words, you may have to wait a while before you receive the update on your tablet.
So if you can't and don't want to wait, install the new Cumulative Firmware and Driver Update packages by downloading one of the two archives: ZIP (~ 634MB) or (~ 242MB).
Also, don't forget that this version is aimed at Surface Pro 4 tablets running on Windows 10 operating system. Also, make sure you restart your device manually to ensure that all changes are installed properly.
