A recent report reveals some of the most exciting features of Apple's new iPhone this year. The photos show a glass back with built-in wireless charging technology, and goes on to list reasons why you should buy the iPhone 8.
I will attempt to troll the colleague who wrote the article, with the following post that has the exact opposite title.
Why not buy the new iPhone 8:
The upcoming smartphone may have a lot of new features, a glass back with an outward-facing notch, and probably support wireless charging. It may be functional and have an impressive appearance (glass cover), a vertical rear camera accompanied by a flash and a microphone, but no matter what we do, like all Apple devices, it will come at a high price.
Meanwhile, the market is oversaturated with devices that are also high-end and their price is very affordable. I should mention that when I write about other high-end devices, I do not mean Samsung smartphones.
Let me remind you a little of the story:
The first iPhone was expensive for the time because it was truly groundbreaking and of course to get something new you had to pay for it.
All subsequent devices were an iteration of the first with the addition of some new (useful or not) features.
For example, it is rumored that the new smartphone will have two sensors (auto-focus camera or 3D detection system for facial recognition or 3D laser scanning unit), which is the originality? Why pay for a feature that may be released with the next Android if it doesn't already exist?
A good reason is to show it to my friends, and I think it's one of the most important reasons to buy the product.
To be fair, iOS is a very respectable operating system, but it doesn't justify the outrageous prices of the iPhone.
