Cloud project : Storms can be disruptive, but they are also one of nature's most beautiful phenomena. It depends on where you watch the phenomenon. Richard Clarkson 's Cloud project brings the spectacle of a storm to your living room, without having to suffer all the devastating consequences of the phenomenon.
A 60cm long “fluffy” cloud, with motion sensors, color-changing lights, and a Bluetooth-connected speaker system, will “travel” you to the center of a storm.
This is a smarthome gadget that comes as a piece of art, and it's likely to cost you a lot. A "smart" version of a light bulb, which includes all of the features described above, will cost you $3,360. What's more, its creators recommend hiring a professional electrician to install it.
If you don't want the music streaming feature, motion detectors, or chroma-sliding lights, and buy the version of the Cloud that only includes the bulb, the price drops to $960.
