app VLC for iOS has been updated to version 2.0.2. The developers of the open source app describe the update, which arrived a few days after version 2, as “a quick update that will fix bugs in the first version.”
The update fixes audio decoding in MPEG, MP2and MP3. It also fixes the application's cooperation with Dropbox, VoiceOver and some tweaks.
UI bugs reported by users of the iOS 5 app have also been fixed. With the new update, subtitles will work in Greek, Cyrillic, and Vietnamese, which did not work in the previous version.
