The hacktivist group Anonymous has once again made its presence felt by taking dozens of ministerial sites out of service!
The attacks began when Anonymous discovered that personal, small and medium-sized business and student accounts were being monitored continuously. “The Australian government is trying to eliminate the rights of its citizens online,” Anonymous claimed in a related video. “We now know about many of our governments’ activities. Our governments have the means to accumulate everything about us in data banks,” they added.
They also report that they "broke down" the Dahabshiil bank in the Middle East, while in related articles the bank claims that Anonymous has nothing to do with the attack.
They still assure the government that the attacks will not stop until they get their message across and understand that they are not joking.
