Meizu has been pulling out of the smartphone, at least that's what the Chinese company announced earlier this year. Despite the device maker promising to finally release the phones it said it would release in 2024, it seems Meizu is doing more than that.

The new Blue 20 is a new budget-friendly 5G smartphone that packs a lot of AI features, which is not surprising given that Meizu's new venture is all about artificial intelligence.
The phone doesn't have a price yet, and there's no indication when it will be available for purchase. However, we do know that it will be available in three different colors, as suggested by a teaser.
In terms of specs, the only interesting thing about the Meizu Blue 20 is its AI tools, which allow users to ask their phones to take photos, chat with a bot , or use AI-assisted handwriting (via GSMArena).
Although the phone's camera isn't as advanced as the company's flagships, the software has all sorts of AI tools that make it easy to edit photos taken on the go.

In terms of hardware, the Meizu Blue 20 is far from impressive. The phone is equipped with a Unisoc T765, paired with 6/128 GB or 8/256 GB, depending on the model.
Additionally, Meizu's new smartphone features a 6.52-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate, which is pretty typical for budget devices. On the back, the phone features a 50-megapixel primary camera, while on the front there is an 8-megapixel secondary selfie camera.
The Blue 20 is powered by a decent 5,010 mAh battery . The best thing about the phone is that it has a 3.5mm audio jack port and a microSD card slot (up to 2TB).

Apparently, the phone runs on Meizu's Flyme AI operating system and will not be available outside of China.
