The owner of a Tesla Cybertruck drove the electric vehicle through water, testing Wade Mode.
Elon Musk, owner of electric vehicle company Tesla, has previously said that the Tesla Cybertruck could float and act as a boat. He has even said that it could drive through rivers.
The CEO had added that the company was for the Cybertruck to be able to 's Starbase facility SpaceX and South Padre Island in Texas, which is about 360 meters.

However, these claims were not taken seriously, as Tesla's warranty says something different about using the vehicle in water.
Recently, however, it was revealed that the Tesla Cybertruck has a “wade mode” so it can wade through water. Tesla says the feature allows the vehicle to increase ground clearance and “strains the battery.”
Having heard all this, the owner of a Cybertruck decided to test in real conditions for the first time.

Quite bold, considering that Tesla clearly states that "damage to the vehicle during off-road use is not covered by the warranty."
Since the vehicle must be put into “off-road mode” to test “wade mode,” if any damage occurs, Tesla will not compensate the owner.
There is another warning when activating “wade mode”:

It says it can take up to 10 minutes to compress the battery and it lasts 30 minutes, and there are limits on the height of the water as well.
However, this first test went pretty well. The water wasn't too high so the Cybertruck didn't have any problems. The water rose higher in the last tests and the driver was going really fast, creating a big pressure wave, but the Cybertruck made it through.

However, there was some minor damage to two plastic pieces, which were put back in place. The biggest problem was the bottom of the tailgate and the tonneau cover, which did not work after testing.
However, this demonstration of capability comes to confirm that Tesla's Cybertruck is not just a valuable electric pickup truck, but a truly worthy and durable vehicle that will be useful in a variety of environments, regardless of the conditions.
Sure, with each new addition and demonstration of its capabilities, the Cybertruck reveals new aspects of technology Tesla's. But most importantly: it confirms the price and value it offers to drivers, exceeding all expectations.
