Amazfit is mostly known for its smartwatches, but at CES 2024 , it introduced another interesting product, a smart ring called the Amazfit Helio Ring .
Amazfit says that most smart rings are primarily used to track sleep habits. However, Amazfit wanted to put more emphasis on fitness with the Helio Ring. With this ring, Amazfit wants to serve athletes who are “looking for the ultimate in tracking, analysis, and recovery guidance.”

The company says that the Helio Ring "is able to track data related to the user, with an accuracy that is only possible from a wearable worn on the finger."
The data, tracked by the device, is stored in the Zepp app and converted into a daily readiness score, which is supposed to help athletes understand what they need to do and what they need to focus on.
It's worth noting that the Helio Ring works both on its own and with an Amazfit smartwatch. In the latter case, data from the two devices is synchronized for even deeper analysis in the Zepp app.
