Nintendo had announced that there would be a big update for the popular game. Yesterday was finally the surprise day , as the new version Splatoon 3 Version 2.0 was released, bringing with it a new variety of features, loots, levels and more. Perhaps the most important of all the updates in Version 2.0 is the return of “ X Battle ”. Through this mode, players who have an S+0 rank and above will be able to claim the coveted “ X Power ” power. Splatoon 3 users will be divided into 2 different leagues depending on their geographical location . America and Europe will share the same “ league ”. Once players have been assigned to the appropriate league, they will be able to play the 3 game modes ( Splat Zones , Tower Control , Rainmaker ). Through these and in combination with the win/lose ratio, players will receive corresponding X Power. As it first appeared in Splatoon 2, so now, Splatoon 3’s X Battle will be “ the battle of battles ”, attracting the best players. The previous ranks will be reset today and so everyone will have the opportunity to show what they are worth. Another update that Splatoon 3 Version 2.0 brings is to ranked matches and Salmon Run. Players who are stuck “owing ” too much, in case of a losing streak, will have the opportunity once in each “championship” season to restore their ranking. The developers of Splatoon 3 also added “Big Runs” to Salmon Run. These are essentially seasonal events during which players will be rewarded with special rewards and special loots. The first Big Run will start in early December. So, get ready for action on the new track, “Marooner's Bay”. For fans of skins in games and loyal collectors, 50 new items have been added to the shop. From emotes, Splashtags and new equipment.
