HP has probably decided to go all out for its upcoming ENVY AIO computers , as one of them, listed by the company itself, features an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 SUPER graphics card .

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 SUPER listed on HP ENVY AIO PC
As seen in the company's very interesting listing, there is a GeForce RTX 3080 SUPER graphics card. We must take into account that NVIDIA has not yet introduced the SUPER series revolving around the Ampere, but there have been several rumors that hinted at an upcoming integration.
The PC HP ENVY 34 AIO is pretty much what it sounds like. It will feature a 34-inch display in an AIO design that has all the hardware built into the back. HP is listing the GeForce RTX 2080 for the ENVY 32 AIO PC, and from what we can tell, that particular variant is a Max-Q mobility card. Therefore, it would make sense that the RTX 3080 SUPER featured in the 34-inch model would also be a Max-Q variant and not a discrete desktop graphics card variant, given that it’s too much for AIOs to handle.

What we have to remember though is that there is also a GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER, and this could be HP's mistake. It could be that HP updated the specs of the 34-inch model and forgot to change the full model name from 2080 to 3080. OEMs often make such mistakes, and HP has also previously listed cards like the GTX 1180, which were later confirmed to be a placeholder. That could very well be the case here.

If this turns out to be true, then the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 SUPER could offer a refreshed Ampere SKU with higher clocks, possibly more VRAM, and minor power changes. That said, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 SUPER Refresh is expected to launch for both mobile and desktop platforms by January 2022 (CES), so we expect more information by then.
