Should I continue using my Password Manager?

In this age of multiple accounts, using a password manager is one of the best things you can do to ensure your digital security. Its job is to provide strong and secure passwords and store them so you don't have to remember them. It also gives you the ability to use authentication, with a combination of a password (or passphrase) and multi-factor authentication.

However, the real question is which Password Manager should you use.

There is no single answer to this question. There are a large number of Password Managers on the market, such as 1Password, Bitwarden, LastPass, Keeper , etc., which promise the best results for anyone who chooses them.

Any password manager you choose, even if it's not the best, should be able to do the job, as long as it doesn't contain any dangerous holes that could put your passwords and, by extension, your accounts at risk. If you're used to the way it works and it's convenient for you, without making it difficult or causing you any other problems, it's probably the best one for you.

Should I continue using my Password Manager?

There are some password managers that are considered better than others, as they offer useful features that some don't. The mighty 1Password , for example, has an incredibly handy feature (Watchtower), which alerts you when passwords you've used on any account appear in a data breach.

In conclusion, you don’t have to live with the stress of choosing the right Password Manager. You can of course choose one of the best and most frequently recommended ones, but a less popular manager that does its job properly, providing strong, unique passwords for all your services, is just as effective. If you want to be extra secure, you could set up a Google for any reports about your chosen Password Manager. That way, if something happens to your password manager, you can switch to another, perhaps better one. But if you’re happy with what you have and how much it costs, there’s no need to worry.
