What does MX Linux 19.2 offer?

One of the biggest changes in the new version is the addition of the KDE Plasma desktop environment. With the release of the new version, the availability of MX Linux 19.2 beta was also announced, which comes with KDE 5.14.5.

It is important to know that the new distribution also contains all the tools such as MX tools, antiX-live-usb-system and snapshot technology, and is only released in 64bit.

MX Linux 19.2: New beta distribution released with KDE plasma Desktop

For many users, MX Linux is known as a lightweight operating system, thanks to its Xfce environment and Debian upstream. However, in order to be comfortable for the system, Xfce offers fewer features than other environments such as GNOME and KDE.

Fortunately, in MX Linux 19.2, the developers have taken a lot of care with the appearance of the operating system. The result is an even more modern and efficient Plasma desktop environment. In addition to improved appearance, the environment now contains new features that allow users to configure the workspace according to their needs.

Installation of the MX Linux 19.2 operating system:

However, we inform you that beta versions almost always contain bugs and vulnerabilities, so we recommend waiting for the stable version to be released. In case you download the operating system and encounter any problems while using it, you can report it here.
