Google today announced changes to its Terms of Service, which may affect the Google services you use.
From January 22, 2019, the services offered under these terms will be provided by Google Ireland Limited and not by Google LLC.

Similar changes have been made to the Terms of Service for Drive, Play, YouTube , and YouTube Paid Services. You can view the new terms here.
At the same time, Google's Privacy Policy was also updated to specify that Google Ireland Limited is now the data controller and will be responsible for your information and for compliance with applicable privacy legislation.
These updates apply to those who reside in a country of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland. You can view the company's updated policy here .The
transfer of data responsibility to Google Ireland Limited and not to Google LLC, of course, serves the company in providing different policies for data management and processing in the European Union, which seems necessary after the implementation of the GDPR.
It should be noted that according to the company, nothing will change in terms of the experience of using Google services. Also, nothing will change in terms of your privacy settings, how your data is processed, or the reasons for processing it, as described in Google's Privacy Policy. However, if you do not want to accept these changes to our terms and Privacy Policy, you can choose to stop using the relevant services.
You can view and manage your data in the Google Dashboard. You can also change your privacy settings and data controls at any time in your Google Account.
