Samsung sells more Galaxy Note 9 than expected!

While everyone seems to be talking about the new iPhones these days, Apple's longtime rival Samsung is a bit busy as it deals with the high volume of orders for its brand new Galaxy Note 9.

As a direct rival to the iPhone XS Max, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 comes with the best in terms of hardware and software from the South Korean company.

It was released in August with much fanfare, and despite many customers pre-ordering their device in the first few days of availability, some customers have yet to receive their phone.

And the reason is as simple as it could be: Samsung can't align production with demand, as the Note 9 is more successful than the company expected.

The 512GB model is the one that is doing very well in sales and in a message sent to a customer and leaked by PiunikaWeb, Samsung confirms that some shipments have been moved to the end of September.

“We know you are excited to get your new Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Unfortunately, we are experiencing higher than expected demand, which is causing a delay in shipping your order,” the email.

“We are working hard to ship your order to you soon, so expect it to ship by September 29th.”

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is actually more affordable than the recently announced iPhone XS Max, despite coming with features not available in Apple, such as pen support, a fingerprint sensor, and a headphone jack.

The 512GB version of the Note 9 can be purchased in the United States for $1,249.99, while the iPhone XS Max with 512GB of storage is available for $1,449. That means the Note 9 costs $200 less, but you might have to wait a little longer than expected to get your hands on that model.
