Last month, leaked images of the two smartwatches, including specs and components, revealed the design differences between the two smartwatches, with the LG Watch Style looking sleeker than the LG Watch Sport.

The LG Watch Sport comes in a dark blue color along with a 14.2mm circular OLED display. Unlike the Watch Style's 360 x 360 pixel resolution, the LG Watch Sport has a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels.

The LG Watch Style has a 1.2-inch display and a 240mAh battery, smaller compared to the Watch Sport's 430mAh.

In addition, both smartwatches have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but the Sport stands out for its cellular connectivity options including 3G and LTE data as well as GPS and NFC which are available through Android Pay.

Both smartwatches feature iOS compatibility and a digital crown for navigating within applications, while the display supports handwriting recognition. The devices offer IP67 or IP68 certification and have Google Assistant built-in. The LG Watch Sport will also have a heart rate sensor.
