Almost 20 years ago, the game Snake was pretty much the most exciting game we had available on mobile phones.
But both mobile phones and games have evolved a lot in recent years, so the version of Snake you can play today has incredible capabilities. But none are like the one below that gives you the opportunity to play your favorite game on your illuminated keyboard.
This is a new creation published on Github by user MythicManiac and allows anyone who owns a Corsair K70 keyboard to actually play Snake using the LED lights under its keys.
So, imagine the snake as a red path and the yellow buttons as the fruit you need to eat to grow. The blue LED lights are walls that you can go through but you will come out on the other side so the only thing you have to watch out for is not to fall on yourself or your own tail.
To play this game, you need a Corsair keyboard (the app's maker says it definitely works on the K70, but it probably supports other models as well) and the executable file found on GitHub.
Obviously, the app can work on pretty much any version of Windows. Also, make sure you disable Corsair's software that allows you to customize your keyboard. Otherwise, the game won't work at all.
