Samsung Electronics Hellas invites all interested parties to register for the 9th Samsung Service Lab Workshop, which will take place on February 16th and 17th, at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hub of the Technopolis of the Municipality of Athens – INNOVATHENS.
The two-day training seminar, with a total duration of eight hours (Hours: 09.00 -13.00 respectively), offers technical knowledge and skills for the provision of repair services for smartphones.
It is aimed at students, trainees and the unemployed, with a technical direction in the field of electronics/telecommunications.
The aim of this workshop is to familiarize yourself with after-sales customer support procedures and more specifically to disseminate know-how regarding the repair part, the management of quality indicators, as well as customer management.
