As the business grew and as the American laws regarding meat and sausage production are complicated and very expensive, they reached the point in order to further develop their business of creating a plan with a detailed analysis of safety measures and health regulations, which in America is known by its initials as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points,). it is a very detailed document that every company is required to have for the safety of its products.
