WikiLeaks has just published three links from its Facebook account that contain torrents for sharing files of 400 gigabytes in size. The files are called “Insurance” and are encrypted, so no one will be able to open them.
The size of one of the files reaches 349 gigabytes, which means that there is either a lot of text data or other incriminating evidence for the US government in the form of videos.
WikiLeaks has asked its followers on Facebook and Twitter to mirror the links. There are various scenarios as to what the files might contain. The most popular theory is that the files contain Edward Snowden's data . Whatever they contain, however, the files are a kind of security for WikiLeaks , which holds the decryption keys. So any move by the US that angers Julian Assange could be fatal.
Dangerous games from the founder of WikiLeaks, considering that all governments have as a principle not to succumb to blackmail.
