HomeinetApple becomes ridiculous, patent for store interiors

Apple is getting ridiculous, patenting store interiors

I don't know how far people's ridiculousness can go, and all this for the purpose of super-profitability and the suppression of competition, not in honest ways, but in indirect methods.
Everyone now knows that Apple has gone beyond the limits of patenting and lawsuits, for their sake, wherever it sees fit.
The situation has now gone beyond the limits of being somewhat funny and is entering other dimensions.
Of course, the judges and the US patent office are directly responsible (and not only).
And if you think that your imagination can reach the minds of the people who are scheming all this there in the kingdom of apple, you are sadly mistaken.
Who would have expected that a company that is one of the most profitable in the world would patent the interior design of its stores.
And even more so, who could have imagined that there would be a judge with sound judgment who would approve such a thing?
And yet, you deceive even more grievously!

Apple, as it seems, has succeeded in securing yet another patent that concerns the interior layout of its retail stores, and more specifically the design and decoration of their interior space.
It now holds the patent with number: US Trademark 85036990, for the “distinctive design and layout of the interior of the stores.
This application was filed in December 2010 and was granted on January 22, 2013.
This simply means that if any company or companies have a long rectangular table in their store, it is certain that they will find themselves in court with Apple, on the charge of violating the company’s trademark, a right that the said patent gives it:

The color shades are also mentioned, without however specifying the exact shade. Yes, you read correctly, in addition to the long narrow tables, he also patented colors. And without the specific shades listed, the issue is still open, giving Apple the freedom to sue whoever it wants!

Obviously, this particular patent does not cover all types of stores, but only those that have corresponding items, but this is still open, if someone reads the specific PDF, where the details of the patent in question are listed and at the same time remembering that it has filed a lawsuit, even in a cafeteria! (see it).
On the other hand, let's not forget that this particular company also patented the rounded corners on electronic devices (!!), so there is no logic and clearly everything testifies to the rottenness and the dirtyness that exists in multinationals and not only, as all this does not happen if there are no judges and pre-existing legislation.

As a person, I am against all commercialization and I honestly hate all these companies, regardless of location, that cruelly exploit people with the blessings of central governments.
Our world wants change here and now and to finally send such tactics and all kinds of bosses to the coffin….
