[su_heading]The "secret" screen for the iPhone allows the user of the mobile phone, and only him, to see its content, while wearing special glasses. This is achieved through a chip that allows the glasses to communicate with the phone.[/su_heading]
People using smartphones in public places like markets, subways, and shopping malls is a common sight. But one thing that makes them feel uncomfortable is the prying eyes of... curious people trying to see what's on their screen.
For these users, it doesn't matter at all that Facebook and WhatsApp have come up with end-to-end encryption so that no one can read their secret conversations, as they can do nothing to stop these anonymous people from peeking at their smartphone screens.
But it seems that now there is a solution to overcome these uncomfortable situations. A Kurdish inventor, Celal Goger, has created an invisible screen that only the owner of the phone can see. No, the screen itself is not invisible, but the content displayed on it is.
The screen appears seemingly white, but when the user wears the special glasses, they can see its content without being concerned about prying eyes.
The glasses are equipped with a chip that allows them to communicate with the smartphone and therefore, the content of the screen is only displayed to the person wearing the glasses.
The prototype of the invention is currently only available for iPhones. The inventor says he wants to register the copyright of the invisible screen before he starts marketing it. In fact, his future plans include creating a nano-chip variant of his invention, which would be compatible with any pair of glasses.
