What's better than a bracelet that symbolizes friendship!
The company Gemiois launching a series of wearable devices that synchronize with each other when there is a friendship between the owners.

With a color palette that can be changed using the MyGemio App, the bracelet features a lighting effect that is activated when the wearer communicates with their friends. Certain colors light up depending on who is with you, what handshakes you are making, and what clothes you are wearing (due to the color sensor).

The bracelet comes in a variety of colors and designs, but users can personalize their own by changing the detachable parts using an online design studio that connects wirelessly.

Users can also send light messages to friends. In other words, they'll have to create signals — similar to Morse code beepers — to communicate. For example, three flashes could mean your friend is coming.
“We designed it for teenagers because they shape trends in both fashion and technology,” said Michael Bettua, CEO of Gemio. “We have focused on what is most important to them and of course the ability to express their emotions and communicate on another level with their friends,” he added.
Although not the first wearable technology device, Gemio's bracelets are one of the few that allow for special customization.
Pre-orders for Gemio begin in late November 2015 from gogemio.com. The bracelets are expected to retail for between $69 and $99.
