The General Secretariat of Public Revenue has improved and simplified the electronic process of issuing proof of tax compliance for citizens through the system TaxisNetThe head of the General Secretariat of Public Administration, Mrs. Katerina Savvaidou, proceeded with the upgrade of the online service "Issuance of a Certificate of Awareness for Debts to the Public" (D.I.L.E.D. / G.G.D.E.) and it is now in application.
From now on, an electronic proof of up-to-dateness valid for a month is issued in the following cases:
1) For any lawful use other than collection and transfer of property.
2) For the collection of money from public bodies other than the Central Government, provided that the total debts do not exceed thirty (30) euros.
3) For the collection of money from public bodies other than the Central Government, provided that the debts are not overdue.
4) For any lawful use other than collection and other than transfer of property, provided that the debts are settled and the settlement is up to date.
The application for the electronic issuance of the certificate of awareness has been amended and requires the registration of:
1) The reason for issuance:
* Any lawful use other than collection and transfer of property.
* Collection of money from Central Government bodies.
* Collection of money from Public bodies other than Central Government.
2) The depository institution.
3) The details of the payment document, in case the reason for issuance concerns the collection of money from public bodies other than the Central Government.
