WhatsApp Channels serve as an effective broadcasting tool, allowing administrators to share text messages, photos, videos, stickers, and conduct polls. To help users discover channels that match their interests, the company is in the process of creating a searchable directory. Through this directory, users can discover channels related to their interests, from hobbies and sports teams to updates from local authorities and other topics. In addition, users can join WhatsApp channels by following invitations shared in chats, emails, or posted online.
