Delivery drivers are then notified and use their own app to pinpoint your designated location so they can quickly transport your sealed bag of products to wherever is most convenient for you – ensuring privacy and security every step of the way! Our riders use eco-friendly bicycles or e-mopeds to ensure your products arrive safely and sustainably. From home to office, family and friends – no address is out of reach! With our extensive delivery zone, you can order with confidence knowing your package will arrive on time.”

The Healistic app puts you in direct contact with your local pharmacy's live digital inventory, giving you access to an extensive list of up to 3,000 products available for sale. This means that the items you see on your app are likely to be in stock at that pharmacy and can easily be dispatched on a Healistic e-bike rider for an additional cost of £2.50 per ride.
Currently, the company only offers over-the-counter products. However, private prescription delivery services will be available in the next six months and NHS prescriptions by the end of the year – a much-anticipated goal that customers can look forward to!
