According to TikTok video creator Shoandtech, iPhone 12 Pro still has 100% of its original battery capacity after two years of use – and he says it's all down to the way he charges it.
Shomes recommends charging your iPhone regularly to preserve its battery life. If your phone only has 40 or 50 percent charge when you go to bed, leave it. Then, recharge it for a few hours the next day when its battery is low. By following this method, you can avoid unnecessary stress on the battery, which will help it last much longer.
Keep in mind that this method may not work for everyone. With this approach, your phone could die right when you need it most – and not everyone has access to a charger during the day. While it may not be feasible for everyone, it makes a strong case.

You have the option to use Background App Refresh only when you're on Wi-Fi , or you can turn the feature off entirely. Most users will benefit most from leaving both Wi-Fi and cellular enabled, while also customizing which apps are allowed to refresh in the background.
