It seems that the built-in parental control filter on iPhones needsa little more practice to properly distinguish inappropriate searches. As we observed, when the filter is enabled on one device, it incorrectly blocks searches that include keywords like "Asian" and "teen" as porn.
A Twitternamed Charlie Stigler found that he couldn't search using the keyword "Asian," such as "Asian food" or "Asian hairstyles." As he commented, an entire culture has been essentially blocked by Apple and labeled as porn.
But in addition to words related to Asia, searches that include words like “teen” or “teenage” are also blocked as porn, as if they couldn’t be related to anything other than inappropriate content.

“Searches like “mental health resources for teens” are also being blocked because the word “teen” is on the blacklist. Something that is completely stupid for a feature that is possibly being used BY TEENS!” wrote on his Twitter Charlie Stigler.
Stigler discovered this when he tried searching on his iPhone 8 running iOS 13.3.1. However, Softpedia confirmed that the same thing happens on “an iPhone 11 Pro also running the latest version of iOS.”
On the other hand, you might think that the word "Asians" is also blocked as porn by Apple when you search for it. However, this is not the case either because the word "Asians" is not included in Apple 's "blacklist" , even though it is often used to search for inappropriate content.
If you own an iPhone, you can check whether this is the case or not by enabling the “Restricted Access” feature.
You can do this by going to Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions > Web Content.
