The service is called BT Complete WiFi and it is a system of smart "disks" that are placed in your home, and significantly enhance the quality of WiFi.
What is Complete WiFi?
This is a broadband package that is being released today, and its goal is to remove the WiFi "dead spots" that exist in your area.

The routers we use often struggle to maintain an active connection with their clients when the signal is low. A low signal can occur either due to long distance, or due to many obstacles, such as a concrete wall. So, if your router is in a different place than where you usually are, your devices will underperform, as their speed is reduced compared to what they are capable of receiving.
BT Complete Wifi solves this problem by placing smart disks in areas where your signal is not good. The Complete WiFi disks act as WiFi extenders, and rebroadcast the router's signal. The signal is rebroadcast as the same network it is used on, so you don't have to move to a different WiFi access point when you move around the house. The "bouncing" from antenna to antenna is done automatically in a fast and smooth way, without being obvious to the user.
Pete Oliver, BT's general manager, said "This is the first time a company has guaranteed that there will be a fast and reliable WiFi connection in your home," and later added that if BT's equipment does not strengthen the WiFi signal, there will be a $20 compensation, as well as cancellation of the subscription.
